Andrea Corsini is a multiple awarded director and screenwriter. His works has been showcased at Mostra del Cinema di Venezia, Aesthetica (BAFTA Qualify), Rhode Island (ACADEMY Qualify), Triennale di Milano, Fantasia (Canada), BIFAN (South Korea), Fantaspoa (Brazil).
He's been a selected director in film develpoment program at Cannes' Frontières (Fantasia & Marchè du Film), InProgress (Milano Film Network), European Genre Forum (EFG).
He started his carrier directing indipendent music videos. In 2011 he wrote and directed the short film Non Nel Mio Giardino with Paolo Briguglia. In 2017 he won the Ibiza Music Video Award with the music video Pillowlize by Jules Not Jude. In 2018 his experimental documentary Societas Mortis has been premiered at MiMo Triennale di Milano. In 2019 he’s written and directed the short film Ferine premiered in competition at 76. Mostra del Cinema di Venezia 34. Int. Critics Week. It has been 9 times nominated for Melies d’Argent Best European Short Film, selected in fiftyfour international film festival in twenty countries where it won eighteen Awards. He's currently in develpoment with his feture film debut Beasts of Prey selected at Cannes' Frontieres program.
